Two speakers. Two very different perspectives on building a stronger UK property business from the Netherlands.
This November, Keira Rawden brings more than 20 years of property-law experience into the room. She will look at the legal side of investing — from residential and commercial acquisitions and leases to real-estate finance, creative strategies, overage and clawback. The aim is not to turn investors into lawyers, but to help you recognise the legal issues that can affect a deal, ask better questions and structure opportunities with greater confidence.
Alongside her, Guillaume Black, co-founder and CEO of Property Filter, will focus on how investors can use AI to find and qualify motivated sellers, reach better opportunities from overseas and systemise due diligence, offers and follow-up. His session is designed to be practical: not about adding expensive new technology, but about using AI more intelligently to make sourcing and progressing UK property deals from Amsterdam more effective.
