PUC Participation & Privacy Terms
One clear document covering your PUC registration, event participation, bookings and the way we handle your personal data.
1. Who is responsible?
Brandwise BV trading as Property UK Connect, Lomanstraat 88H, 1075RG, Amsterdam, the Netherlands, is responsible for the PUC website, community administration and the processing described in these terms. Privacy contact: info@property-uk-connect.nl.
2. Registration and participation
By registering with Property UK Connect, you provide the information needed to administer your Connection registration and keep you updated about upcoming events or other relevant PUC information. Registration is free and you can unsubscribe from communications at any time. Participants are expected to connect genuinely, respect confidentiality, avoid unsolicited selling and contribute to a useful environment for the room.
3. What personal data we process
Depending on how you use PUC, we may process your name, email, phone number, company, investor-stage information, interests, registration notes, consent choices, optional company name, booking and payment status, invoice records, event attendance, partner-benefit entitlements, partner conversion records and communications with PUC.
4. Why we process it
We use data to administer the PUC community, communicate about events, take bookings and payments, create and retain invoices for accounting, record attendance, provide participant benefits, prevent misuse, reconcile partner commissions and meet legal or accounting obligations.
5. WhatsApp community
Joining the PUC WhatsApp community is optional. If you opt in, the name and number associated with your WhatsApp account can be visible to other group participants. You can ask PUC to remove you from the group.
6. Bookings and payment
Buying a PUC ticket and the review of a new PUC Connection registration are separate processes. If you register while buying a ticket, your Connection application may remain pending while you continue directly to payment. A ticket booking becomes confirmed when the payment provider reports the payment as successful. If PUC subsequently declines a Connection registration after a ticket has been paid, PUC will arrange the applicable ticket-payment refund manually.
7. Three-event offer
Where PUC offers a combined September–November 2026 price, the package covers the specific events listed at the time of purchase. Any applicable cancellation or refund conditions communicated at the time of purchase form part of these terms.
8. Payments and invoices
Event payment is processed through the configured payment provider. PUC stores booking references, amounts, payment status and the optional company name used for the purchase. After a successful payment, PUC creates an accounting invoice containing an immutable snapshot of the relevant customer, optional company name, purchase, VAT and payment information and sends the invoice to the email address linked to the booking. Sensitive payment-card or bank credentials are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by this website.
9. Attendance, reception check-in and participant benefits
PUC records event attendance through its restricted reception/check-in system. If you arrive without a prior registration, the reception team may record the basic details you provide and your acknowledgement of these Participation & Privacy Terms so that your attendance can be administered; your Connection can then be reviewed by the PUC team afterwards. Partner benefits linked to an event require both an eligible PUC Connection and verified attendance, not merely a ticket purchase. PUC records show/no-show status in the event administration system. If an attendance record is corrected to no-show, unused benefits can be revoked and already-used benefits can be flagged for review.
10. Photography and video at PUC events
Photography and video may take place during PUC events. By booking and participating in an event, you acknowledge that you may appear in event imagery. Where a participant is identifiable, PUC intends to use that material only in the website section relating to that specific PUC event and not for unrelated promotional purposes. PUC will retain only the material reasonably required for that limited website use. If you do not want identifiable imagery of you to be published, please contact PUC before the event or speak to the PUC team at the event. Requests to remove identifiable material from the PUC website will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy rights.
11. Partner benefits
Where you qualify for a partner benefit, PUC may create a unique entitlement linked to you, the partner offer and the qualifying event. If you use an offer, limited referral or conversion information may be exchanged with that partner for validation and commission reconciliation.
12. Information and responsibility
PUC facilitates knowledge exchange, experience and perspectives. Nothing at a PUC event should be treated as personalised investment, tax, legal or financial advice. Participants remain responsible for their own due diligence and decisions.
13. Retention and your privacy rights
PUC retains personal data only for as long as needed for the relevant purpose and applicable legal obligations. You can contact PUC to request access, correction, deletion where applicable, or withdrawal of an optional consent. Withdrawal does not affect processing that was lawful before withdrawal. Accounting records and invoices may need to be retained for the period required by applicable law.
14. Security
PUC uses server-side access control, prepared database queries, password hashing, CSRF protection, rate limiting, one-time access codes, secure payment webhooks and audit records for sensitive administrative actions.
