How to get more from a PUC evening
Come curious, bring a real question and speak to someone outside your usual circle.
A useful property meeting is not a passive experience. The value grows when participants contribute to the room.
Bring one real question
What are you working on right now? What is unclear? What surprised you? Good questions make expert input more practical and often unlock useful experiences from other investors.
Share the lesson, not just the result
Context matters. PUC favours real experience over absolute claims: what you tried, what happened and what you would do differently.
Meet people before you need them
Meaningful connections develop over time. One conversation does not have to become a transaction. The room is stronger when relevance and trust come before promotion.
